
Our menu is updated frequently due to the seasonality of our ingredients. Our most up to date menu offering will be posted to our website, however changes or substitutions may take place during service and may not be reflected on the website.

Our mission is farm to table; trying to source as many of our ingredients from our home, the Chilkat Valley. Local greens, root vegetables, and seafood such as Halibut and Salmon are in abundance and we look to highlight those offerings to our guests. Combining these ingredients with Chef Travis' experiences and influences we offer you a menu that is full of flavors that we invite you to explore
Our preparation starts early, from before sunrise to begin baking fresh bread and rolling out pasta made in house, to months in advance curing meats and pickling and fermenting vegetables, to achieve great depth of flavor. Our food is made with care and attention to detail that you'll taste in every bite.
